Xfiniity Online does not recognize subscription

Xfiniity Online does not recognize subscription

I am unable to access premium Subscriptions for Showtime, Starz etc. Everything else seems to be working ok.

 

Please advise where to start. I saw that there are many similar prior postings.

you should start with the suggestions that were made those having the same issue as you that you researched.  clear cookies, clear cache, reinstall silverlight, update flash dont use IE 9.  start there.

Thanks. I resolved the issue by switching from IE9 to Firefox and everything works.
