XFinity mobile app not playabe

I have serveral mobile devices, iphone, ipads, ... all were working fine until recently. Now all apps have a brown locked key where the old play keys are.

 

I am able to play videos on my laptop using my browser.  What has changed? What can I do?

you can only have three devices accociated with your account. have you signed out of your account or deleted the app?

I will try that but...honestly 3 devices for a family of 4! We all have multiple devices. Shoot I alone have more than 3 devices! Does that mean I have to make sure everyone has logged out each time I want to watch a show on my phone?
