XFinity TV Not Showing Recordings

My xfinity TV for X1 iPad app is successfully paired with my account and I am able to stream live TV, but under "Saved" there is no option for "Recordings" - only "Recent". I can manage my recordings online on the website thus know I am currently using cloud based DVR.

FWIW, I just went thru pretty much the same process - I thought I had "everything" needed. Like you could stream live tv, view on demand stuff and so on. Could even view my DVR recordings via the site (The "DVR Manager")

 

However, I'd almost bet that if you go to the DVR Manager the only option you have is to view the recording on your TV (?)

 

You need to contact sales (I did it via text) and ask them to upgrade you to the Cloud version - One time fee of $2.99 and then a free year before it goes to $19.95 a month.... (At least that's what I got/paid)

 

This assumes of course that the Cloud service is available in your area  -You're on your own figuring that one out!
