XFINTY TV app issues

I downloaded the application and got it configured, however when I download the recordings sometimes they crash while recording and sometimes there is an error when I try to download them. Also, I don't see in the app all the recordings I have in my DVR. Finally, I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and now there are videos that appear to be checked out, but are not in my iPad.

I am using iOS 8.0.2, an iPad mini and the latest version of the XFINTY tv app
