@MF93068AFORBES,

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that will likely fix your issue:

  1. Ensure that your Internet connection is strong. This could mean directly connceting your computer to your modem via an Ethernet cable
  2. Ensure you have latest version of Adobe Flash Player (as of 06/06/17 that would be 25.0.0.171)
  3. Clear your browsing history and your cache/cookies
  4. Ensure you are using the correct URL for XFINITY Stream: https://tv.xfinity.com/
  5. Ensure the program is part of our channel lineup. If you try to watch something not part of your package, you could get errors
  6. Ensure that your device and software meet the following requirements:
    • Hardware
      • 3 GHz Intel Pentium 4, AMD Athlon 3400, or faster processor
      • 128 MB RAM
      • Video card with 64 MB memory
    • Supported Operating Systems
      • Windows 10 (Desktop mode)
      • Windows 8 (Desktop mode)
      • Windows 7
    • Supported Web Browsers
    • Browser Plug-Ins and Settings
      • Adobe Flash Player version 15.0.0.152 or later (download Flash)
      • JavaScript enabled
