As of 6/8 AM all my premium channels are missing from the "XFINITY TV Go" app/website as well as I cannot authenticate HBO/Cinemax or Showtime apps on Android devices. I don't want to even bother with the Starz issue... The TV channels are all good and showing, just the online authentication is all gone!!!!!
Same issue. Also messed up my Roku, which is now asking to reactivate all the channels associated with Comcast. This of course includes HBO Go, Starz Play, and Showtime Anytime, which all send me to Comcast telling me to order a subscription. On Demand on the cable box does the same thing, directing me to order a Triple Play package.
What am I paying nearly $300 a month for?!?!?!? STUPID COMCAST.
