XFINITY TV Error (Error 900.primetime.102100.5 & Unhandled Error :: 10600 :: Something went wrong)

XFINITY TV Error (Error 900.primetime.102100.5 & Unhandled Error :: 10600 :: Something went wrong)

 

When I try to stream a couple of recordings from the app, I get an "Unhandled Error :: 10600 :: Something went wrong" message. 

 

When I try to stream from the website the same episodes, I get this error message... Error 900.primetime.102100.5

 

All other episodes from the season playback fine, but these two are giving issues.

 

I have worked with techs online and on the phone and they refreshed my entitlements and accounts and had me uninstall and reinstall the apps, but nothing works...

 

I have been told it's an outage, but if it were, why does everything else stream fine? It's just these two episodes that will not stream. Everything else streams fine on other platforms except these two recordings. 

 

Can someone help me?
