My Xfinity TV app stopped linking to be DVR last week. Now I no longer see new recordings listed as "my recordings" in the app ... Only old stuff. Any one know how to fix this issue? Thanks.
did you miss an update to your device (operating system) and/or an update to the app itself? The standard fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app. That will return all recordings downloaded and will make you accept terms and conditions again (per other threads). You might want to first just try rebooting your device and see if that fixes the issue.
I don't think I missed any updates, but I uninstalled and reinstalled my app. I also rebooted. The version I am running is 126.96.36.1997. This still does not work. The last recording appearing under my recordings is dated 4.26. Any suggestions?
