X1 App not recognizing equipment

X1 App not recognizing equipment

I just recently moved and updated services to the X1 platform. When trying to set-up the X1 app or the apps on my TV it is not recognizing my equipment. I spent over 30mins on the phone with tech support and they couldn't help me and just kept transfering me to different departments. Someone please help.

   Can you send me a private message with your new accuont info?  I checked your account using your comcast UID and its still tied to your old account which does not have X1.
