Wrong recording on App

My recording will record, show and play from my DVR. But the x1 website and and xfinity tv app shows wrong recordings.

Can anyone assist. I have a new dvr from when i moved and it is not showing any recording from my new one

When a DVR is replaced, the old recordings do not get transferred to the new DVR.  They are lost.   If you have the X1 platform and Cloud enabled, your recordings may be available at the following link:   https://tv.xfinity.com/   If you had X1 and the recordings are not online, call into Comcast to have your account refreshed and entitlements resent.
