Why are we not allowed to stream out of the US?

Oh yes you can take, our money..You still get the internet payment, but will not reduce the cost temporarily for NOT being able to use the TV???

Netflix can be streamed. You have monopolized most of New England, yet you can not keep you customers happy.

Networks charge extra for International rights, and Comcast doesn't like to pay extra.

The rights to stream content outside the home are separately negotiated with the networks who own the content (ABC, CBS, FOX, Bravo, and etc.). As a US-based distributor, Comcast does not have the rights to deliver content outside the US and our contracts require us to restrict streaming.  If you have access to an iOS or Android device, you can try the Xfinity Stream app where you can download content before your trip and watch it anywhere - even when offline.
