Why can't I watch downtown abbey on strampix for ipad?

Why can't I watch downtown abbey on strampix for ipad?

I can find all seasons on my tv, but on my iPad seasons 1 and 2 are not available.

Make sure that you are searching under "Masterpiece" and not "Downton Abbey".

 

Also make sure that you are using the XFINITY TV Player App and not the XFINITY TV Remote App.

No that I can access the program, I cannot get through mor than 3 minutes at a Tim beore it freezes. I have to exit he app and go back in in order to resume. It is extremely frustrating.

Is this happening with every Downton Abbey episode?

 

Is this happening on any other videos?

It happens on most video I watch using the xfinity player app

Can you try on a different Wi-Fi connection? This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
