Why can't I go to my Queue?

Why can't I go to my Queue?

Trying to get to my queue on XFinity TV.  Every time I select the Queue tab I get a list of TV shows and instructions to check off the shows I would like to add to the queue.  I check off some shows, click the View Queue button and the same screen appears again with everything unchecked.  I CANNOT get to my actual queue screen.

 

Originally I added a movie to my queue and got to the actual list from there and was able to bookmark the screen.  That's the only way now that I can get back to that screen.  What is the issue with the Queue tab on the main screen?

I have been testing it out and I have been getting passed the "Set up your Queue by clicking on your favorite TV shows and Movies below" screen.

 

The screen you are referring to should only be showing when you have no programs in your Queue.

 

Make sure that you are signed in then select items to your Queue. Also make sure that cookies are not being deleted upon exiting your web browser.
