Why am I paying for a service that is broken?

Why am I paying for a service that I am not getting? Can't access TV online on a Saturday. TV connection is always horrible and pixelated. The internet slows down everytime I log on. I will be finding a new internet, tv and telephone provider ASAP. Comcast is the worst.

The previous post about the lousy service, TV pixelated, internet slow is absoutely correct.  improve the lousy  service or lose my business too.

I have been asking myself the same question for over four months.
