What's on TV page is BLANK

What's on TV page is BLANK

I have iMac desktop. I do not have, nor can I find any local TV channels on the What's on TV page. My zip code is correct. No buttons seem to function on this page.  It has been like this for over two weeks. Never saw any kind of error message. Updates are current. What could the problem be?

Hello,

There is no whats on the tv listing website page. There is a watch now, on your tv and queue. If you want your local tv channels click on your tv.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

With Safari as standard for iMac and upgrade to Snow Leopard....how would I use another browser...as the message board indicates lots of problems with all the other browsers available.

Please try using Google Chrome or Firefox web browser.

I had a comcast cable guy look at my problem and your solutions. The other posts in this forum indicate other browsers have similar problems. Surely comcast can fix their web page to function on Apple products.
