What is the real TV Channel Lineup and why not authorized

What is the real TV Channel Lineup and why not authorized

I subscribe to Digital Starter.   When I go to the webpage that shows channel lineups, it says that in the DIgital Starter Package, I should get TVLAND on channel 182 and there is a check next to it indicating I get it..   However, the Guide on my Comcast remote says it is on 163.  

 

If I go to 163, I get a message that says not authorized.

 

The not authorized occurs on my HD box, my non-HD box, and my TIVO Cablecard.

 

My first contact with Comcast Support said "Their was a channel lineup change, and I don't get it anymore".   My next contact with Comcast support said I should get it, and they spent about 30 minutes sending signals down to my HD box.   After that all failed, she said I should bring my HD box in for repairs.

 

I find it hard to believe all three of my boxes needs repair.

 

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
