Weekly issue. I should be offered a credit for all the downtime

Here is my weekly issue.
Been trying to watch Secrets and Lies for 3 days now. I even p patiently tried different times of day & different devices. Other shows work fine, other internet pages & apps working. Just (of course) this one show I was waiting f o r.
I pay $300 a month--there shouldn't be these constant issues. Fail.
Can I get credited for these 3 days & for my other posted downtime?
