We have detected a problem with your Microsoft Silverlight installation (Error 634).

We have detected a problem with your Microsoft Silverlight installation (Error 634).

Can anyone help with this error. I have uninstalled and re-installed 3 times and re-started.  I have windows 8 and have checked the error log for troubleshooting and it states to also make sure DRM is selected, which it is.

Please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

 

Also, do you mean that you are running in Desktop Mode?

I have tried this on 3 different computers....all same error..here is the info on the current computer:

I'm also getting the same error.  Have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight several times and still get the same error.  This is NOT a Silverlight problem.  It is a Comcast problem. Please fix it!  Here is the full error message I get (trying to watch Pac-12 network):

 

"We have detected a problem with your Microsoft Silverlight installation  (Error 634). To fix this problem please uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Silverlight."
