WatchESPN iPad App Not Allowing Me to Watch Programming

Similar to others posting here with this problem, now I cannot watch ESPN via their mobile app because of the following pop up message:

 

"Unable To Play Video" "This network is not included in your current television subscription. Please contact your TV provider to subscribe."

 

Any a help resolving my problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

if it is in your subscripiton then you need to call comcast because they dont think it is.  PM comcst joe to look into your account.
