Watch Online

I have been trying to view my shows this week online with my Xfinity Account. 

Every show I try to watch keeps kicking me out, and it gives me a error message "sorry we are experiencing difficulty playing your show" 

It's been five days now, what am I paying for if it's not going to work? 

Any advice on how to get it working, or is it just a service problem???

Hi NIM, 

 I, also, watch shows online.  I am using my pc, Win 7, desktop, chrome browser, current version. 

I access the online shows through :http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings   and from there click on Watch OnLine :http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/    

I either do a search for the program I want to watch or choose from the offerings.

Right now it's showing Thursday, Wednesday,Tuesday nights.

I've tried the LIVE TV NEW--  didn't like it-- programming is flaky, and unfriendly and shooting out a lot of errors.

 

So my question to you is, how are you watching these shows, method, computer. I really don't have any answers, just observations as to what has been working for me.
