Watch On > feature not working

Watch On > feature not working

I've tried to use "watch on" for tv shows and on demand and each time it wants to setup names on my tv's which I've already set up my profile, I've completed the steps, and the tv names are already filled in. I use IE9 and I've updated Silverlight just to be sure. This is a gaming computer, I have all drivers and software necessary up to date as they have to be to play most games.

If you click on the tv tab at the top of the page and then go to profile and click the drop down you will see complete profile, go through those steps and see if your dvr's are there.  What cable boxes are you using?

Re: Watch On > feature not working

We have no dvr. There is an HD box, a standard digital box, and a DTA box (basic). I've gone through profile setup multiple times. The watch on feature worked in the past, just not now. Atleast not since they updated Xfinity's user interface.

Try a different browser like Firefox 9 or Google Chrome 16 and then try again. We are working on some kinks in IE9 and just wanted to know if this is a browser related issue.

If you are getting the same issue in another browser, then I will dig into your account and we will go from there.

Thanks,
Joe

Still does the same thing on Chrome. I don't use firefox anymore because it had a memory leak every time I used it.
