  No, that feature is not yet available in your market.   Wont be until early 2015.

What markets is it available in? I am in Washington DC and have the X1 platform. Is there any way to watch my recorded shows online?

   It's available in your market, please contact support or you can chat online to have the cloud dvr codes added to your accourn if you are an X1 customer.   You wil need to download the XFINITY TV app or use xtv.comcast.net
