Was told to pick a different comcast email to watch xfinity on demand?

I had had Comast for over 16 years, in several states.

 

Now xfinity? 

 

I'm ok with the name change.

 

Honsetly over $200 a month for internet and 2 TV's? 

 

I am unable to connect with any on demand TV, which is part of my subscription. 

 

Two weeks ago I exchanged instant messages with a customer service rep. They asked me to pick a new email user name and password, and now when I log in, I get a message saying the owner has not allowed me to see live tv services/etc. 

 

I am the owner? I was told to create a new login and email. 

 

Overall, my first need to to get what I've been paying for - on demand tv. 

 

Second need is to explain why I have not had the benefit of what I have been paying into your company via subscription for so many years?

 

I previously was a Comcast promoter (again for 16 years), now a detractor.

Are you sure you are logging in with the main account?  Try the old e-mail.
