Videos aren't working

Videos aren't working

I have been using xfinity for about 2 months and just this last week it hasn't been working. The videos usually won't even start, but when they do they stop every 5 seconds and are blurry. Very frustrating. Please help.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
