Videos Won't load

Videos Won't load

When I try to  view Watch TV Online, the listing of TV or Movie selections is not loading when this option is selected. It says loading data and then sorting data and never gets finished. No error messages. Also, there are pop ups of the day before and day before that, etc of some select TV shows you can click on when you first enter "TV" option. The pop ups now show a vacant block. When my cursor is over the block, I get a ghost image statement of what is in that block and the Pop up of the TV show particulars. When I click on the vacant block, the video begins to load, but never stops trying to load. This problem started a couple of weeks ago. I am signed in during these efforts.

 

Only changes to my laptop has been auto updates. I don't auto update Explorer and still using Ver 10 with same updates as before this started. I have tried two different broad band sources....telephone 3G and land line with no different response. I have tried Explorer compatability on and off modes.

 

I can play videos from you tube, Xfinity home page, other internet sites, etc without problems.

 

I had my wife use her laptop in Virginia and she has no problem at the same time I am having a problem.
