Video cannot be played??

Video cannot be played??

I keep getting a (Error 6000) message saying that the video I am trying to watch is unavailable or cannot be played.

 

Help?

I tested episode 3 of Game of Thrones and found no issues.

 

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Are any other episodes not working for you?
