Video Slow

Video Slow

Slow video:  Have ongoing problem viewing videos.  They constantly start and stop (run for 3-5 seconds stop for 20-30 second).  I often place video on 'pause' for a minute or two then hit play...this works...sort of.  But is not acceptable.  Have late model Dell XPS w/ lots of memory & upgraded video card. Running Windows 7.  Use both Chrome (default) and IE. Problem present with both.

 

 

Any suggestions as to what is wrong?  Could it be a problem with Comcast throughput?

hi,   why is it so difficult to watch videos?   they constantly start and stop.  highly annoying!
