Trying to watch a show on Xfinity online from my laptop.  

Getting error message that says I have reached the maximum registered devices of 3.

Video countevices for this but I go and remove devices, they all have the same name.  

Still won't work.

Video counter goes to 00:07 and will not play.

Don't have this problem on my ipad, just the laptop.
