Unable toi access Xfinity Stream

Unable toi access Xfinity Stream

I have been unable to access Xfinity Stream to view television programs and such using my computer and going online.  This has been going on for months now.  Tonight, when Comcast On Demand was "unable to process my request", as it sometimes does, I thought I would try going online to use Xfinity Stream.

 

Once more, no luck.

 

I get the following message each time I try:

 

Error xacsa.cima-pil.activation-code-timeout: FatalDrmError

 

I am using Firefox 54.0.1 on a system with Windows 7.  Everyrthing, including Adobe Flash, is updated.

 

Internet Explorer does not work either.

 

I never had a problem until some months back.

 

I disabled AdBlocker without success.

 

I cleared Firefox's cache without success.

 

I disabled Firefox's Widevine Content Decryption Moduel without success.

 

I disabled Open H264 Video Codec without success.

 

I even disabled Shockwave Flash and nothing.

 

I was able to sign into my account and try that way, but after clicking on "TV" then the link for "More TV Shows", it still gave me the error.

 

What's the problem?
