Unable to watch without subscription

I watch shows online, there are shows from TNT & true TV that say I need a subscription to watch.I do have because  .when I am watching TV these channels come in fine, what do I need to do so they come in on my computer??

I am having the same problem - I am not at home and am trying to watch TNT which I have been able to do for the last few weeks and all of a sudden it says I need a subscription which I know we have because my sister watched it at home on Monday - what can I do

yep I have read some of the other posts with the same problems. and tried to do what others were told, to download microwsoft silverlite, to watch it on another browser,still no luck for me, hope you get some help .please let me know

I'm suddenly having the same issue tonight.  Really irritating when you PAY for something and it doesn't work.  How do you fix this???  I tried IE9 AND Firefox same stupid orange key.  Cleaned Cashe and cookies as well

Make sure that you are signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID. If you are not signed in or are signed in with a non-Comcast account, our site will not be able to verify your subscriptions.

 

Also, try deleting your cookies and cache and then try signing in again.

 

Let me know the results.

HI, ... I am almost always signed in, I did empty my cache, downloaded Silverlite, and changed over to Chrome

still no luck. You probably figure I should just watch it on TV don't think I can't always do that. If u can think of anything else please let me know
