Unable to watch shows on the internet

Unable to watch shows on the internet

I am haveing issues were the xfinitytv online. It is giving me error 564 message for many of the shows that I like to watch. How can I get this fix as I have already followed the troubleshooting steps already. thank you

what steps have you taken?  have you cleared your cache and cookies?  switched to a browser besides ie9, uninstall reinstall silverlight, and flash.????

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

I have done all of the trouble shooting steps already and still nothing
