Unable to see my DVR recordings with Xfinity TV or xFinity TV GO Apps on my iPad air

I just signed up for Xfinity so I can download my recordings to my iPad.  When I try, it says I have no downloaded shows, but I have 6 on the DVR.  I'm in Atlanta, 30126. I checked on device management and it doesn't list any authorized devices, but I also don't see the ability authorize a device.

Do you have X1 with cloud or just the older DVR system?  You will need to have the cloud technology turned on in your account to see your recordings on the Xfinity TV app.  If you made recordings before the cloud was turned on, then those recordings will never show up in the app.
