Unable to detect a compatible DVR

Unable to detect a compatible DVR

I have an X1 set top box and I want to use the DVR Manager function to watch my saved shows on my computer.  However, when I try to access the "saved" area on xfinity.com I get the following message:

"DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household."

Can anyone help??

Can you direct message me with your Comcast ID so we can investigate?  Which app are you attempting to use to access your recordings?
