Unable to consistently watch Live TV via web browser

Comcast,

I get the following error when trying to watch live TV via a web browser.

Sorry, we’ve experienced some difficulty playing HGTV.

Please refresh this page in your browser to continue where you left off.

900|101000.101002.101005

REFRESH

The following is part of my trouble shooting attempts to resolve this issue:

1) I have tried Internet Explorer, FireFox and Chrome browsers - they all have the same issue.

2) I tried re-installing adobe acrobat.

3) I tried the Chrome NPAPI flag as one person has suggested.

4) I tried resetting the Adobe License file.

5) I tried running my browser as administrator.

6) I tried increasing the priority of my brower process to "HIGH".

None of these options work.

The behavior is that it plays for a while then stops.  When it stops, it take a few minutes of doing the refresh and it will start working.  However, it only works for a few minutess.

This use to work fine but started being an issue in the last couple of weeks.

From the forum postings, I don't seem to be the only one having this issue so we need Comcast to address this issue.

Thanks.

Re: Unable to consistently watch Live TV via web browser

I thought it was just the USA channel, which I've had no problems watching previously.   But all day today, both on my phone and my desktop, the show will just suddenly stop.   It's not as bad on my phone, but it's aggravating to say the least.

Any fixes?

Hello Lisie, I don't think Comcast reads these posts.  If they do they just blow them off for the most part.
