Unable to Watch TV Video on-line

I was trying to watch an episode of True Decetive on-line.  I unlocked all channels in Parental Controls, I created a PIN #.  It says "Enjoy your Video" and says it's loading, but it never allows me to play it. It keeps going to the Black screen warning me about mature audiences and shows me the Parental Controls Button.  I've gone thru the Parental Controls process 10 times.  

My Browser is Google Chrome

Also, I wanted to watch a movie on Demand and I put the PIN I created years ago, but it said it was incorrect. I have since created a new PIN.  What is wrong?

I am unable to sign into my account. I am using my phone # as asked and the last four digits of my SS#. It is telling me that the numbers don't match. My phone # is XXXXXXXXXX and the last four digits of my SS# is XXXXX. Please help my to resolve this issue so I can watch my ABC shows.
