Unable to Find Listing Details Unfortunately, there was a problem retrieving listing details.

I keep getting this message when I try to view Live TV or when I try to view my Saved Recordings from the Xfinity website

(Error getRecordings.400)

 

I can watch Saved purchases and On Demand programming; however.

 

Can anyone please help?

I am having this problem today.  I was watching it just fine and then the same message came up.  Waiting for an answer from someone.  Did it rectify at your end yet?

It has been a while, but I believe when I got a 400 it was because I lost connection to the Comcast servers over the Internet.

I am a Comcast customer and am also experiencing this issue.  It was working just fine until a few weeks ago.  I try to watch Live TV on my laptop at work and get the message"Unable to find listing details. There was a problem retrieving list details".  What is the workaround for this issue?  I am not seeing anyone from Comcast trying to resolve this issue. 

 

Please!  Let's have some solutions.
