Trying to watch CNN online, getting error 634

I installed Silverlight on windows 7 and keep getting error 634 when trying to view CNN online.  I have uninstalled and installed Silverlight several times.  I also get the same error with HLN.  It keeps telling me to refresh and try again or reinstall (done many times) and I keep getting the 634 error.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,
