Trouble with play now on IPAD xfinitytv app.

Trouble with play now on IPAD xfinitytv app.

I'm having trouble viewing programs on my IPAD with the xfinity TV Ipad app.  I have a strong wifi signal.  If I am viewing premium channels I get a messages saying that it will start in x seconds a promo an then nothing. 0 of 0 minutes and it says it is done.  with some other shows just gives me the black screen (zero of zero).

We are currently having some video playback issues on the Xfinity TV app. I will update you when I learn more.

I am going to close this thread because this was an issue on our end that has been resolved.
