Trouble with My DVR Manager

Trouble with My DVR Manager

I live in St. Paul, MN. I tried to set up My DVR Manager 5 days ago. It said it would take 24 hours to sync. I'm still receiving the following message: "You're now ready to schedule DVR recordings from anywhere.Syncing in Process. DVR Manager is currently syncing with your DVR."

 

Is there something wrong? Why is it not syncing properly?

what dvr do you have?  did you go into the settings on your computer and see if its set up.  You have it have it work on your pc before you can even think about doing anything on any sort of movile device.  At the top of this page go to tv and check to make sure you zip code is set right in there and its not set to automatic.

Everyting seems to be in order, but it still says "Syncing in Process." I'm not sure why it won't complete the sync. I have a motorola DVR.

so your able to watch it on your pc?  Go into your box menu, there is a section called dvr manager or dvr sych something like that, click into that and see what it says.  If you click in there and it says delete, do that and then try to resynch.
