Trouble watching TV Online - Says I need to Subscribe!

I've watched three episodes of a show on the Freeform channel and now the Comcast online TV site won't let me continue watching the series. I get the "Orange key" symbol telling me I must be subscribed! I called and was tossed from one rep to another (twice) early this morning. The last rep I spoke with told me he found a code missing, corrected it, and told me he refreshed my account so within 30 minutes to and hour, I should be good to go and be able to watch the remaining episodes. Well, I waited till this afternoon to give it plenty of time to refresh but it still isn't allowing me to watch the remaining episodes. What do I do now?
