Trouble Watching Videos

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble watching any video through Xfinity. The video won't load, or progress past "This video is rated TV-MA..." for shows like Boardwalk Empire or Homeland in particular. I'm using a Mac with Mac OS X v10.7.5.

Start by going into system preferences / flash player and on both the storage and advanced tabs, go to delete all and fully reset the flash player.
