Troobleshoot video in Xfinity..

Troobleshoot video in Xfinity..

Hi ..

I am trying to open the video in xfinity, and message pops up UHH...OHH...

Need flash player installed, and I did install it several times, still nothing happened...

Any help or assistance with this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks

I am having the same problem  I know I installed the flash player correctly becasue their website confirms that I did

When Flash released version 11, they decided to no longer to support Mac OS X 10.5.

 

We have updated our videos to use version 11.1 and higher to improve video playback.

So you are saying that because Flash won't give me the most updated version I can't watch any of the videos that I am paying for as a comcast subscriber.  That's ridiculous.  I am paying for this service am I not?  You should make it viewable with more than one type of flash.  This is something management should address.
