Why does this message appear on my TV schedule page on Xfinity.com:
"Your timezone is not the same as the listings you're viewing.
Change your computer clock to change the grid. "?
My computer clock is correct (EST) for Powell TN & the listings are valid!
Because Comcast definitly has issues with time settings on its servers.
Prior to DST kicking in my intenet modem showed the time as one hour off and so did the comcast calendar. Now the DST has kicked in the modem now has the correct time but I get the same message on tv listings that you posted.
I have the same thing in Michigan. It seems to happen every time DST changes.
You would think a company this large can get it right. Oh, wait a second. We're talking about Comcast. Duh.
I get the same message on the web grid. Everything else is ok. just thîs message.
'Your timezone is not the same as the listings you're viewing.
Change your computer clock to change the grid'
I have been getting the same message and my TV listings are wrong. Some channels are about 2 hours behind and other show the wrong program entirely. My clock is set to the correct time zone (mountain) . If I change to Arizona which is the same time but does not observe DST the programs are right and the message goes away.
