This video cannot be played

This video cannot be played

I was streaming video from History Channel on xfinitytv.comcast.net in Chrome.  It was working until after I ran CCleaner.   Now I get the following message:

This content on Xfinity TV is not available for viewing with Chrome’s "Incognito" mode. To play this video using Chrome, please view this page without "Incognito" mode enabled.

If you are not in Incognito mode, please try resetting your DRM license.

I followed the Help, which had me reset the license.  It did not help.

 

I rebooted, it did not help.
