This video cannot be played.

This video cannot be played.

I get this about 10% of the time. I could be higher depending on the shows I select. Most work fine but others give an error mesassge 525|2105.

 

I have already reinstalled Microsoft Silverlight so the problem is on your end. Please fix the problem and stop blamming me!

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, you can not copy and past from "http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/computer" to here due to formating errors. All the HTML is stripped off and all formating is lost.

I am sorry bit I need the exact version number of Silverlight that you are using so I can further assist you.
