This Video Cannot Be Played

This Video Cannot Be Played

I have been having a lot of trouble lately watching my DVR recordings on my laptop away from home. I frequently get a screen saying "This Video Cannot Be Played" with an error of 102100.44. I have to go back and resume the video, which usually works, but it is very irritating to have to do that several times during each show. Sometimes the audio continues during the stoppage. I also have gotten occasional "Sorry We're Having a Problem" and "handshake error" screens.

Hi swanda -- I can help with that error. I'm checking in to see if you're still receiving that error message when watching recordings.

Yes, I still get them regularly. The show will usually resume with some delay. But now I am also getting 106000.12 errors, and then the show won't ever resume and I have to watch the rest of the show at home from my DVR. That just happened for the 5th time.
