The "Hide" Filter filtering out all premiums

The "Hide" Filter filtering out all premiums

For about a week or two I have been having issues with the Hide filter. When I click it the filter actuallu filters out everything I am supposed to have. (HBO/Starz)

I have the digital Prefered Triple Play package so I know it isn't because of my subscription.  However, when I just go to networks and set the filter for Enc/HBO/Starz I get the full listing and am able to watch the shows.

Just wondering why the Hide filter seems so screwed up.

Re: The "Hide" Filter

the filter has no idea what you subscribe to, you control what you filter by clicking the boxes.  whatever is left is what you chose to show you, the site has no idea what you pay for.

Re: The "Hide" Filter

Thanks for the tip, Rog, but you are wrong.

I used to be an employee of Comcast so I think I might know a bit more about it than yourself.

but thanks anyway.

Re: The "Hide" Filter

really, if you are an employee of comcast then you should know how it works.  You can filter anything you want, I can filter to things I do not subscribe to so can you.  I do not subscribe to any spanish programming but I have the option to filter on that.   so how does that make your argument sound.   so knowing what you subscribe to filter on that.   yes sarcasm.

Re: The "Hide" Filter

Look, the site and your log-in are tied into your account. When you click the Hide[key] filter it looks up your subscription package and only shows you what you pay for. Everything else is removed.

While I appreciate your input, I would appreciate it even more if you knew what you were talking about...which you don't.

I'll rely on one of the support personnel to inform me of what's going on, rather than your misinformed knowledge of the system and it's workings.

Re: The "Hide" Filter

Any update on when we can expect this issue to be resolved? It's been a while now and I have started to look for other alternatives to watch my movies/shows.

Re: The "Hide" Filter

Nice to see you guys are on top of this issue. Been a few weeks now and nothing has changed. The filter is still not functioning properly and no one has updated me or the rest of the community about this issue.

[sarcasm]Thanks[/sarcasm]

Re: The "Hide" Filter

Six days later and not even a simply rely from CS about this issue. Man, you may as well have told me to go find another provider.

You'd think you would have learned to communicate with your customer base. ATT stayed silent about a recent outage and it drove customers away in droves. Guess I'll look to AT&T, Dish or Direct (all of whome are cheaper) since you can't even take the time to make a 30 second post.

Thanks for nothing.

Re: The "Hide" Filter IS STILL BROKEN

C'mon Comcast. This problem has existed for weeks now. This is a one day fix for a decent engineer (do you happen to have any of those?). You guys act like this is rocket science instead of a simple bug fix.

Re: The "Hide" Filter

Any new updates? Or is this something that is not of any particular priority?

Been a while now and the lack or support is mediocre at best.

Re: The "Hide" Filter

This thread was started a month and a half ago.

"Our team is working on it."

Your team? YOUR TEAM? This is a one day fix for a single engineer. If you seriously need a team to fix this simple bug, I think I know why you're having so many technical issues.
