The mobile App stopped communicating with my DVR-

My app has worked perfectly on my iphone until last night.., now the DVR manager has stopped working. It is not communicating with the DVR. From the mobile listings I set up a recording, it shows the red dot "recording" but it isn't working, nothing has recorded. If I go to the DVR manager and look at my recordings nothing shows except the message "start recording from your listings." HELLO?! If I could I WOULD!!
The percentage is stuck at 59% permanently.
Please help me! I have spent two hours trying to get a comcast agent to live talk/chat
With me... No one shows up! Ugh. Anyone else know how to solve this? I have deleted and reinstalled three times... I have done a hard boot on the Iphone.
Nothing has helped.
