Thanks for the great Olympic coverage (NOT)

Thanks for the great Olympic coverage (NOT)

Sarcastic big thanks Comcast!  Wanted to record the USA -vs Russia hockey game - but your guide listings at 4 am for NBCSP was "to be announced"  you are not allowed to record a "to be announced" program.

Also - local paper lists NBCSN for olympic coverage - the only channel like that is NBCSP - are they one and the same?

Re: Thanks for the great Olympic coverage (NOT)

Yes, the NBCSP label is the NBS Sports Channel.

Also, the USA-Russia Hockey game is being rebroadcast today.  If you record it, extend the recording by an hour or so becasue the game went to extra time.

not comcast' fault, but any possible idea when they will rebroe/adcast the game in full?  I can find nothing that lists what time that will be.

According to the NBC web site, the full game will be replayed tomorrow (Sunday Feb 16) at 1:30 PM Pacific time on NBC Sports channel.  Here is a link:  http://www.nbcolympics.com/tv-listings#16.  Of course it also says "time subject to change".

Sorry the listings weren't updated in time.

I think the entire replay is also available on your telvision OnDemand. It's probably easier to find it on the cable box, but if you want to kick it off from the website:

1) Goto http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/ondemand/Olympics#sortField=releaseYear&page=1&facets=%7B%22genre%22%3A...

2) Search for "M USAvRUS GpA HD" or "M USAvRUS GpA". (Yes those are terrible descriptions).

3) Click the "Watch On Tv" button on the right side of the page.
