Hello,

I have been watching movies with no problem but when I try to watch TV series appear error 564 constantly.

Please completely uninstall Adobe Flash Player from your computer and then download it from here:

 

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

 

Now try watching the shows that are giving you this error again and let me know the results.
